CRE Capital today announced the closing of a $5,700,000 fixed rate loan on Quarry Lane Business Park, a 4 building, 77,120 s.f. single story light industrial complex. The buildings are located in the Quarry Business Park in Pleasanton, CA, a San Francisco suburb. The project is fully leased to multiple tenants. Prudential Mortgage Capital Company was the lender. The loan was originated out of Prudential`s San Francisco office.
