CRE Capital, Inc. Arranges $3,400,000 Financing for Shopping Center in Lodi, CA

CRE Capital today announced the closing of a $3,400,000 fixed rate loan on the Lakewood Mall, a 70,871 s.f. neighborhood center anchored by Apple Market. The center is located in the northeast section of Lodi, which is located in California`s Central Valley just east of San Francisco. The project is fully leased to multiple tenants. Wells Fargo is the lender and the loan was originated by their San Francisco office.
