CRE Capital, Inc. Arranges $6,000,000 Financing for Safeway/Long`s Center in Sacramento, CA

CRE Capital today announced the closing of a $6,000,000 fixed rate loan on Elkhorn Plaza Shopping Center, a Safeway and Long`s anchored neighborhood center. The center is located just off Interstate 80 in Sacramento. The project is fully leased to multiple tenants. Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Origination was the lender. The loan was originated out of Wells Fargo`s San Francisco office by Eric Smith.
