CRE Capital today announced the closing of a $9,800,000 fixed rate loan on a 124,237 s.f. industrial building in the Corporate Center Business Park in Santa Rosa, CA. The project is fully leased to multiple tenants. The financing was arranged by Tom Dewar with Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital Company. The loan was originated out of Merrill Lynch`s Newport Beach office.
