Commercial Mortgage Broker

CRE Capital, Inc. (CRE) has a position available for an experience commercial mortgage broker. The applicant must be currently working as a commercial mortgage banker or broker.

Job Description: CRE Capital, Inc. mortgage brokers represent borrowers generally on an exclusive basis and thoroughly market financing request to lenders. Successful applicants will use CRE Capital, Inc. proprietary CRM software. The applicant will be using the CRE Capital, Inc. web based loan processes to source and close loans. The company provides a comprehensive lender database and warm borrower leads. Qualified candidates must be team oriented and understand the groups success leads to greater individual success.

Education: A 4 year college degree is required.

Qualifications The candidate must have an existing customer base and have closed multiple commercial property loans. The applicant must have a minimum of 1 years of commercial mortgage banking experience.

Skills Required The applicant must have good writing skills, have basic math skills, be sales oriented, and speak clearly.

Location: The candidate must reside in a metropolitan area with a population greater than 1.0 million in the contiguous 48 states. Only those applicants located in the San Ramon, CA area will be provided with office space.

Licensing: A salesperson license is requiredin the following states: AR, AZ, CA, OH, HI, IN, NJ, NV, PA, RI or WI.

Commission: The position is 100% commission and generous fee splits are negotiable.

Reward: A qualified mortgage banker should dramatically increase their loan production, earn a higher income because of higher production and splits, and have job independence. CRE Capital, Inc. provides maximum support at a minimal overhead expense to allow the mortgage banker to maximize their time working with borrowers and lenders closing loans.
