CRE Capital is dedicated to preserving the privacy and security of client information. We do not sell or distribute or make available to third parties any personal contact information or any personal information provided in the process of getting a loan with the exceptions noted below.

Registration

CRE Capital Commercial Mortgage provides business-to-business real estate financing services. Although many features of CRE Capital are available to anonymous users, all users must register and be approved prior to submitting or responding to loan requests. By registering, users take advantage of various personalized features such as the ability to invoke unique functions and content based on one's identity. During registration, the user supplies information required to enable transactions, including, but not limited to username, password, and email address.

Borrower Information

In the process of obtaining a loan, a borrower will provide a variety of information including personal contact information, property information and financial information. This information will only be shared with the specific lenders that the borrower has authorized. No person outside of CRE Capital will see information or documents submitted as part of the loan process unless the release of the document has been explicitly authorized by the borrower or lender.

Over time we anticipate gathering feedback about lender performance from borrowers. CRE Capital reserves the right to publish or sell this information. CRE Capital will endeavor to hide any connection between the borrower and the information.

Lender Information

In the process of working with CRE Capital, lenders will provide information about their company and their program for the purpose of matching loan requests with programs. This information is considered public and is open to all registered users of the CRE Capital site.

In the process of competing for a borrower's business a lender will provide price and term information. This information will be available to the borrower and (without reference to a particular lender) may be communicated to other lenders working on this deal. The price and term information will not be communicated or distributed to anyone not working on this deal.

Performance Tracking

CRE Capital does analyze client data internally to improve services, monitor quality and evaluate market conditions. Sometimes aggregated data about site usage is shared with appropriate third parties. Information shared in this way is always done in the aggregate and no individual loan or person can be identified.

Security

CRE Capital has a keen awareness of the sensitivity of the information borrowers must provide to secure financing. Our team of developers and professionals is dedicated to creating a secure environment for sending, receiving and maintaining this information

Message boards/forums

CRE Capital may, from time to time, offer message boards or forums, where users can enter into lively, real-time or non-real-time conversations about a variety of topics. CRE Capital requires message board users to be registered. Information posted on these boards is availalble to all registered users unless otherwise noted.

Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user ID, that the site uses to track the pages you've visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

All of the information we have collected is available to you as a registered user. You always have access to the system to change your profile information or information about you loan requests or quotes. You can correct factual errors by modifying your profile. To protect your privacy and security, we require that you login with your id and password before granting access or making corrections.
